Tele~Track has been designed for serious-minded professionals who want to expand their business using referral marketing and want to be coached and held accountable to obtain unparalleled results. You and Mark Sheer will be partners in this endeavor. He will supply you with the words, scripts, letters, profiles, dialogues, and tactics necessary to succeed with the program. The program consists of three telecoaching sessions approximately 30 days apart. Following is the agenda and accountability assignments.


Step 1: Accountability Assignments to be completed prior to telecoaching session #1: 1) listen to the Referrals audio instruction tapes, 2) prepare a list of your top-10 clients, other referral sources and strategic partners, 3) install and review computer diskette, and 4) from our sample, customize your Client Profile and accompanying letter on your business stationery.

Step 2: 2-Hour telecoaching session #1 - Includes: introduction to referral marketing, role-playing using prepared scripts and dialogues, uncovering and leveraging opportunities to obtain qualified referrals, techniques to obtain introductions, attention-grabbing power questions to secure appointments and discussion of the Referral Lead Tracking Chart used to maximize your results. We inspect what we expect.

Step 3: Accountability Assignments to be completed prior to telecoaching session #2: 1) meet with your top-three clients/referral sources/strategic partners. Obtain three referrals to new clients and at least one referral to a strategic partner, 2) obtain introductions and contact all referrals to schedule appointments, 3) meet with all referrals, 4) read chapters 7, 13, and 14 in the Referrals manual, and 5) complete the Referral Lead Tracking Chart; list three objections, concerns, or hurdles, 6) listen to the Referral Report tape.

Step 4: 90-Minute telecoaching session #2 - Includes: discussion of accountability assignments, troubleshooting, success reports, objection handling, and review of next accountability assignments.

Step 5: Accountability Assignments to be completed prior to telecoaching session #3: 1) meet with your next three clients/referral sources/strategic partners--get at least three referrals to new clients from each, and at least one referral to a strategic partner, 2) obtain introductions and contact all referrals to schedule appointments, 3) meet with all referrals, 4) listen to Referrals audio instruction tapes again, 5) reread chapters 7, 13, and 14 in Referrals manual, and 6) complete Referral Lead Tracking chart; list three objections, concerns, or hurdles.

Step 6: 90-Minute telecoaching session #3 - Includes: sharpening skills, sharing experiences, offering support, reviewing accountability assignments, troubleshooting, objection handling and graduation.
