Program Description And Schedule

The Partnering system and process will help shorten the cycle to success by building long-term, revenue-generating, stable business relationships--based on value. This coaching program has been designed to be hands-on and interactive. There will be assignments, accountability, and above all, ample time to practice, rehearse, role-play, assimilate, and finally master these results-proven techniques. Participants should be made aware that this is not a passive experience. They will be expected to complete the program requirements, and should enter into the program enthusiastically, with an open mind, eager to learn and accept these powerful techniques.

Initial Three-Day Live Workshop

Purpose: To introduce the process and merits of Partnering; to teach how to identify and recruit more top-producing professionals using the Mark Sheer referral approach; to demonstrate how to achieve your recruiting goals using the above approaches--recruiting quality not quantity.

Goal: Win acceptance from participants and build a consensus to commit to this approach as a necessary tool and process for future success.

Results: The ability to interview more qualified candidates and assist a higher percentage to partner with your company; increase referrals from strategic partners and existing advisors as well as the amount of business you receive from them (an important secondary benefit of the program). Increase production and shorten the cycle to success.

Follow-up Telecoaching Sessions

Purpose: Ongoing accountability--inspect what you expect. The telecoaching sessions are a valuable tool to provide the necessary follow-up training, as well as handle the questions, concerns, objections, and obstacles that are impeding success. This forum presents a perfect opportunity to share personal achievements from which everyone can build their own success. Participants are at ease and comfortable and share information freely.

The telecoaching sessions assist the participants in adapting to change, uncovering problems areas, and providing solutions, unleashing creative potential, and moving toward excellence and mastery. They ensure that we remain on track, maximizing efforts, opportunities, and results.

Goal: 1) Continue to internalize and perfect tactics and techniques, 2) reinforce basic concepts and sharpen skills, 3) review and continue accountability to ensure that we are on track and maximizing efforts, and all opportunities are being leveraged, 4) be certain that the necessary follow-up with candidates is scheduled and implemented to ensure greater results and shorten the cycle to success, 5) share innovative experiences, 6) troubleshoot, 7) address concerns, and 8) offer support and coaching to achieve the highest level of success.

Accountability: Prior to each telecoaching session, participants must submit weekly activity reports to MSS, including objections and obstacles that they have encountered while working the process.

Follow-up Live Workshops

The follow-up coaching workshops will be a continuation of the above and will address any issues, concerns and obstacles that have been uncovered while working the process, with an emphasis on resolving objections, getting the Commitment Letter signed, evaluating your progress, and role-playing in all areas. Role-playing is an essential element of the process and provides and excellent opportunity to observing Mark Sheer handle objections that may be encountered from both referral sources and referred candidates.
