This program is limited to small groups of 10-15 committed participants
who will receive hands-on, intense coaching. Combining CPR with the highly
successful live coaching and telecoaching sessions moves the professional
to internalize the four levels of training evolution - reaction, learning,
changing behavior, and results. The program is highly interactive and
packed with opportunities to participate and develop strategies and
tactics for learning transfer. Mark Sheer personally guides, coaches,
role-plays, drills, rehearses, and holds each participant accountable on a
weekly basis by providing accountability assignments and assessing
behavior to improve effectiveness and ensure unparalleled results. Program Schedule The participant must agree to commit to attend all sessions and complete all required preparation and accountability assignments. If the participant does not adhere to these requirements, the coach may ask that participant to withdraw from the program. No fees are refundable. However, if the participant completes the program requirements and is not satisfied with the results they may have a full refund of all fees and may keep the products with our compliments. Step 1: Accountability Assignments to be completed and faxed to MSS prior to step 2: 1) listen to Referrals audio instruction tapes, 2) prepare a list of your top-10 clients, other referral sources, and strategic partners, 3) install and review the computer diskette, 4) customize your Client Profile and accompanying letter on your stationery, 4) listen to a REFERRAL REPORT tape, 5) fax your top-10 client list, customized Client Profile and accompanying letter before by DATE. Step 2: 2-Day Live Workshop - Introduction and overview of program; sharpening and perfecting skills; rehearsing, practicing, internalizing strategies and tactics; role playing to overcome obstacles and concerns; improving effectiveness through feedback; analyze, drill, perfect; increase confidence. Step 3: Accountability Assignments to be completed and faxed to MSS before step 4: 1) meet with your top-3 referral sources - obtain 3 client referrals and introductions from each, and at least one referral to a strategic partner, 2) call the remaining 7 - get one referral and an introduction from each, 3) call all referrals to schedule an appointment, 4) meet with all referrals, 5) listen to Referrals tapes, 6) reread chapters 7, 13, 14 in the Referrals manual, and 7) give at least one Referral Report to a prospective strategic partner, 8) complete Referral Lead Tracking Chart and list three objections, concerns or hurdles and fax to MSS every Thursday. Step 4: 2-Hour Telecoaching #1 - Includes: review of accountability assignments, troubleshooting, success reports, objection handling, review next accountability assignments. Step 5: Accountability Assignments to be completed and faxed to prior to step six: 1) meet with your next three clients/referrals sources - get 3 referrals and introductions from each, and at least one referral and introduction to a strategic partner, 2) call all referrals to schedule appointments, 3) meet with client referrals and strategic partner, 4) listen to Referrals tapes, 5) reread chapters 7, 13, 14 in manual, and 6) give balance of Referral Reports to prospective strategic partners. 7) complete Referral Lead Tracking chart, and list three objections, concerns or hurdles and fax to MSS every Thursday. Step 6: 90-minute Telecoaching #2 - Includes: sharpening skills, sharing and learning from peers; offering support; reviewing accountability assignments; troubleshooting; and objection handling. Step 7: Accountability Assignments to be completed and faxed to MSS prior to step eight: 1) meet with your next three clients/referrals sources - get 3 referrals and introductions from each, and at least one referral and introduction to a strategic partner, 2) call all referrals to schedule appointments, 3) meet with client referrals and strategic partner, 4) listen to Referrals tapes, 5) reread chapters 7, 13, 14 in manual, and 6) complete Referral Lead Tracking chart, and list three objections, concerns or hurdles and fax to MSS every Thursday.
